Discovery Call: Every great design story begins with a conversation. We will discuss your vision, understanding not just the aesthetics and functionality, but the ambiance and essence you want to infuse into your space. You’ll receive our Investment Guide with pricing after this call.
On-Site Meet & Greet: If we seem like a good fit, we will schedule an on-site meeting. We’ll be there to listen to your needs and design challenges and provide more information about how we work.
The Follow-Up: Get back in touch with us when you are ready to retain us to work on your project, we’ll answer any lingering questions, confirm the scope, and draft your contract.
Site Survey: We will schedule a site survey and design meeting to guide our creative process. During that meeting, we will sign your contract, take payment on our retainer fee, and take “before” photos.
Design Development: Our team curates mood boards, sketches, and floorplans, weaving in elements that epitomize luxury, elegance, and your personal style. Every piece, every shade, every texture is handpicked for you.
Custom Design Presentation: We present your design plan with mood board, layout, and furniture and finish samples, ensuring every element aligns seamlessly with your vision.
Project Management: Site visits are in person and occur 2-3 times per week depending on the scope of the project and phase of construction and installation. We are in daily communication with the contractors on site, ensuring execution of the project to our standards.
Procurement & Implementation: We manage the acquisition of furnishings and materials, ensuring timely delivery and precise installation, and inspecting the quality of each item before it enters your home. We translate the design vision into a reality for our discerning clientele.
Personalized Installation: Beyond just placing furniture, our installations involve adding those final touches that make a house a home — be it an art piece, a bespoke lighting fixture, or custom-designed millwork.
Final Walkthrough & Handover: The moment we all look forward to — walking you through your transformed space. And while we're confident in exceeding expectations, we always ensure an open dialogue for any tweaks or refinements.
After-Care: Our commitment to you doesn’t end at project completion. We offer post-project support, ensuring that your space remains as cared for as the day it was completed.
